연락이 잘 되지 않으며, 인천공항 근무는 격일제로 운영,
수화물이 4일 지연 인천공항 도착 되었다고 전화왔음.
전화 온 후 3일이 지났지만 아직 수화물 받지 못함.
사무실, 개인 휴대폰 연락을 시도하였으나 전화 받지 않음

무조건 수화물 분실. 잃어버린 내 캐리어속 물건 보상은 어쩔건데. 이런 러시아 비행기 싸다고 이용하지만 싼만큼 더 비싼 물건을 잃어버린다. 내 물건 보상받을 때까지.
하나투어에서 이 비행기 해 주었는데
유럽 간것이 후회된다.
